1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the website of Napa Valley Art Association, also known as Art Association Napa Valley (“Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website located at artnv.org (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Organization
Napa Valley Art Association is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our mission is to support, present, and promote the arts through exhibitions, educational programs, and community engagement.
3. Use of the Website
You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes related to learning about our programs, events, and services, making donations, registering for classes or events, and engaging with our content.

7. Event Registrations, Classes, and Memberships
