Jenny Mann is a photographer based in Napa, CA, who found her artistic calling later in life after experiencing bilateral sudden hearing loss (SSHL)- an event that profoundly reshaped her relationship to the world around her. In the challenges that followed, photography became a way of listening differently. Jenny’s Impressionist-inspired photography centers themes of resilience, presence, and the beauty that emerges when we learn to see with heightened intention. Each piece begins with an original photograph and is thoughtfully handcrafted. Her images are transferred onto giclée prints, tile, canvas, and other materials, giving each work an enduring quality. Her art is an invitation to slow down and to honor the resilience and transformation that arise when life asks us to perceive the world differently
